Only the Best

When it comes to your home care needs, you want only the best. So do we!

We are Freedom Home Health, and our mission is a simple but powerful one:

Let us show you what we mean when we say, "Good enough is not good enough."

The Importance of Families

Because families are an important part of clients' recovery and well-being, we go to great lengths to ensure that families are kept informed and involved in every step of their loved ones' care. In fact, we regularly contact family members prior to the initiation of treatment, after each evaluation, and as needed throughout treatment. Upon discharge, we ensure that family members and staff have the tools and knowledge they need to help clients stay healthy and independent at home.

Evidenced-Based Care

We rely increasingly on research as the foundation of virtually everything we do. From the forms we use to the interventions we perform, you are assured that our practices are proven ones. We are committed to balancing innovative approaches with solid science.

All Therapists and All Registered Nurses

Our commitment to providing the highest levels of care means that our team includes only therapists and registered nurses. We feel strongly that full-fledged therapists who are qualified to assess the changing needs of clients best serve continuity and quality of care. Other providers utilize assistants who must follow a therapist's plan. Assistants are not licensed or trained to evaluate complex clients to recommend needed changes for treatment. Freedom Home Health believes the investment in therapists and registered nurses ultimately benefits the quality of care provided to our clients and your residents.

Permanent Staff Only

Again - in the interest of quality, consistency and continuity of client care, our staff includes only permanent team members whom we have carefully recruited, screened, hired and trained. Even though it is a relatively common practice among other providers, we choose not to use contract employees. Contracted employees tend to work for multiple providers and do not function as a part of an effective team approach. When appropriate, we forge relationships with partners to ensure timely, appropriate care is delivered.
