Education to our clients on management of their medications is a critical component of proactive healthcare. Our team of Registered Nurses ensure that our clients understand why they are taking their medications and their possible side effects. Our education includes handouts and discussions over new medications that their physicians have prescribed and how to take them appropriately. Our team works to encourage our clients to achieve safe independence with medication management.
