My physical therapy has ended and I want you to know how pleased I have been with Erin. She has been working with me for at least three different times and I feel so much better when she finishes.
She is very professional and always on time - a lovely person.
The chart she has given me with the exercises is easy to follow.
Just had to let you know how pleased I have been.

Hi, Kimberly,
No doubt, I also speak for my sister and brother in writing this.
This letter of thanks is long overdue. I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for my mom, Katheryn. I remember the first day I et you, with my brother, on June 9, 2005 to talk about having mom move into Alterra. I had a good feeling about you then and over the last year you kept that good feeling with me. If I had not heard about Alterra, Mom would probably have been in a nursing home and that would not have been good. You believed in Mom and I thank you for that, Kimberly.
Mom really liked you and enjoyed working with you. I know at times she bulked at the idea of walking or exercising but you stayed with her. I was told of one occasion that she was crying because she just didn't want to do it. I guess you sat and talked with her and low-and-behold, you got her moving again that day! It is people like you, Kimberly, that help the families feel comfortable in having you work with loved ones.
I am so glad that the last month or so of mom's life was walking with the walker. She wanted so much to get out the darn wheelchair!
Thanks to you, Kimberly, she was able to do this. She was a strong lady and just put her mind to it. Over the past year in working with her you helped give her the confidence she needed to accomplish this.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you more than words can say. You are a beautiful lady, Kimberly and a special one at that! I do hope you continue in the work that you are doing, as this is where you need to be. It takes special people to do this kind of work and that is YOU!

I am a resident at The Villas at St. Therese and I am writing to thank you and your staff for your concern for us during the recent Power Outage. Your coming to check if we needed anything was "above and beyond" and just what we needed.
There were close to 90 residents in our building attempting to function with completely "black" halls as well as our apartments. Some had flashlights, some did not. Some didn't have working batteries. We had no telephone service in order to make outside contact.
So, again, thank you for your concern and help in securing batteries, etc. for us. You truly were our guardian angels.

Thank you so much for spending your morning teaching us how to safely and successfully exercise with our residents. I heard the other LEC's who attend our meeting have very favorable comments. I know our exercise program will definitely benefit!

Just wanted to say a very SPECIAL thank you for ALL the testing and evaluation you did on my when I first cam to 1st Choice Therapy. Everything you did set the stage for Jessica's work with me for many months. You planted the beginning "seed" that helped me to grow and finally bloom into a normal person again after 8 months.
